Booking and Deposit Policy

• We require a deposit of $50 for any appointments with a service total of $100 or more.

• At the time of check out, this deposit will be deducted from your balance with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

• Deposit are nonrefundable for same day cancellation or a no show appointment. 

Cancellation + No Show Policy

• At Fade + Feather I completely understand that life happens, emergencies come up and things change. I respect your time and ask that you respect mine in return. Our Cancellation + No Show policy is as follows:

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 25% of service booked

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service booked

  • Same day cancellation: 75% of service booked

  • No Show: 100% of service booked

Early Arrival

• If you arrive early, AWESOME! While you wait for your scheduled appointment to start you welcome to wait in the hall or common area of the studios.

• When you arrive just knock at the door to let me know you have arrived.

• I will update you on my status, and once I have cleaned the space, I’ll grab you from the hallway!

Late Arrival

• I understand your time is valuable, and I appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Please respect my time as well by being on time for your appointment and making sure there are no surprises. (We all know how Denver traffic can be!)

• Guests who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window. A late start could mean we need to adjust your service or reschedule for another time all together.

Payments

• I accept cash, debit cards, or credit cards.
